Will this dvd burner fit into the case?

Cause the burner is 5.7'; wide and the case has external 5.25'; Drive Bays… Does the case have to have external drive bays that are exactly 5.7'; wide??


Are 5.25'; burners uncommon?Will this dvd burner fit into the case?
Yeah it will fit, that's an standard measure, it's really a legacy measure from the old days of floppy drives 5.25'; and 3.5'; meant the floppies were that size, on the other hand the readers, need more room to fit the floppies inside. Same with the CD/DVD drives, and hard drives. The DVD is giving you the real measurement and the case is giving you the commonly used term for the size of those drives.Will this dvd burner fit into the case?
Exactly, the bays will fit the 5.7'; drive enclosure :)
