yeah i installed a new drive its a CD/RW drive i installed it in the second IDE slot so one slot is for the Hard drive the other is for the DVD/CD drive when i insert a cd in the drive and the drive starts spinning the HDD light goes on but when the hard drive is under activity it wont light up only when DVD drive is under activity please help thanksWhy does my HDD light in the case light up with my DVD drive under activity but not with HDD?
Well, It looks like the LED lights are connected oppositely on your motherboard.
