Can i record a movie on a CD in case i don't have a DVD burner?

i mean is it possible? and can i be able to take it in my mp3?Can i record a movie on a CD in case i don't have a DVD burner?
Yes it is possible. If you convert it to a disc that can play on a dvd player (VCD format) you can only record an hour and 20 min. on it, but if you put it on a data disc you can get 700 MB worth (about 2 hours.) The only problem with the data discs are that you can only play thim on your computer, also you may have to download DIVX in order to convert them from AVI format. It is free! Good Luck!!!Can i record a movie on a CD in case i don't have a DVD burner?
no.
Not really....
i think youll only get audio and no visual...the way that it is written to the cd is different than it is to the dvd
yes but they will not be able to play in a dvd player unless the dvd player can play vcd (video Compact Disc). which is a type of format you would have to record the movie in.

so it's possible but it's a pain in the neck, very long, and the quality is bad. buy a dvd burner you can get one for cheap these days and have some friend install it. if you can't everyone has at least one friend who can do it.
You can make a VCD.. that works for me
Why bother to burn on CD? Keep on hard drve and downloato mp3. You can't watch CD movie on anything but comupter anyway.
If u hav a dvd RW but not having software then u can burn .But if u not having dvd RW just install nero IN CD thenu can copy past whatever u want in 2 CD .
It is more than possible.

It can be done in several ways including just burning it as a data file e.g. MPEG , AVI or Quicktime Movie or burning as a VCD (this can sometimes involves multiple CDs LOL).

As for your MP3 no MP3 is an audio file type ,but if your player plays video then it`s possible to code the movie in a compatible format for it.
hey save your self the headaches and just go to wqal mart and geta dvd burner and then u can do it all just make sure its a dvd r/rw cause they are the best......
No. They have different formats, and different amounts of information. However...I was in

Walmart a couple of weeks ago and they had a VCR/DVD burner combo for less than $200.00. Thank goodness for layaway!!!!!
yes, why not but you would have to copy it first to ur computer.
