I lost the case for my toshiba recovery/application dvd for A70/A75. Does anyone have the directions?

I am trying to wiped out my entire computer and start new. I have the cd, but of course the directions are on the jewel box that i do not have. thank you : )I lost the case for my toshiba recovery/application dvd for A70/A75. Does anyone have the directions?
